Lead with the problem
A project card should not start with a technology list. It should explain the problem, the role, and the outcome. Tools matter more after the reader understands why the work exists.
Show tradeoffs
Premium portfolios show judgment. Mentioning why a stack, architecture, or model was chosen makes the project feel real instead of decorative.
Make proof easy to scan
Recruiters and collaborators scan fast. Strong titles, short summaries, outcomes, tags, and one clear action reduce cognitive load and make the work easier to trust.
